Intro to Mac computers: We'll help you learn how to use your computer.  Anybody who is either new to computers or feels as if they are not getting the most from their computer should sign up for this class! This is a Beginner Level class designed for people with very little or no computer experience.

Got Data? Learn the 3 W’s of Backing Up: We'll teach you What, When and Why to backup your files, and different ways to do so. If you have files of any kind on their Macintosh that are valuable to you, you won't want to miss this informative class. We will discuss and demonstrate backing up all sorts of files, from email and addresses to photos, music and more! Learn how to find those critical hidden files that you might not be aware of, and get them backed up. We will teach you how to make a customized backup plan and then automate it so your backup is always there when you need it.

Intro to iMovie '08: Learn the entire process of making an iMovie. If you are planning to make an iMovie and aren’t sure how to proceed, this workshop is for you. We will cover importing, working with video and audio, as well as transitions, titles, and effects. We’ll also cover different ways to export your movie and share your movie.

Why You Need .Mac: You should attend if you are not sure if or why a .Mac subscription would be valuable and/or relevant to you. We will discuss and demonstrate backing up, communicating, synchronizing computers, sharing and storing files, sharing your calendar(s), sharing pictures and movies on the internet, creating a website and .Mac email.

Intro to iPod & iTunes: Let us show you all you can do with your favorite product! You will learn how to organize playlists, import music, rip MP3s, and download music. You will also learn how to sync your iPod and get your music to go. We will teach you about PodCasts, audio books, the contacts feature, and how to buy and use video content.

Intro to GarageBand: Did you ever want to compose your own music? Then this is the class for you. You will learn how to use Apple’s music creation program and how you can compose your own music. This class will take you step by step through all the features and tools. We will teach basic functionality including how to set keys and beats, using pre-recorded loops, editing and combining loops, and the difference between regular audio and midi loops. We will demo live recording, including placement of microphones, setting recording levels, using the count-in and metronome feature, correcting and editing live recordings, combining live tracks and changing tempo and pitch. We’ll also cover disk space and archiving vs. saving.

Intro to iDVD: This class will take you through all the steps necessary to make quality DVD’s using Apple’s easy to use software.  You will learn how to bring your content in, make customized menus and themes, and add still picture slideshows.  This course is introductory, however, computer knowledge and a basic understanding of digital video are recommended.

Mac OS X Tips & Tricks: We'll teach you the shortcuts and hidden features you need to be more productive. You will learn how to access files and applications in a quicker way, and keyboard shortcuts and mouse tricks that will save you time. Even if you think you know Tiger, we promise you will learn something new in this class. Don’t just drive your Mac–race it!
